General conditions.

• Reception schedule: From 10.00 am to 11.30 pm. (ONLY)
• Check-in is from approximately 1:30 p.m. If your room is not yet available when you check-in, you may leave your luggage at the receiption desk.
• Check-out is at 11:30 a.m.
• Breakfasts, lunchs or diners not are served in the hostel. Are many coffe shops and restaurants in the area.
• Is totally forbidden to bring candles in the rooms.
  
• Not is allowed to have meals, smoke or drink alcohol in the rooms.
• Also not is allowed to have bicycles in the hostel.
• Prices are per room per day.
• Prices are subject to change, except confirmed reservations.
• After of to send the room reservation form, we will reply.
  If we have vacancies, we will ask the credit card details to confirm the reservation. This is only in order to guarantee the reservation. The payment will be in cash, euros, in the Hostel the check in day.
  

Cancellation policy.

1. If you inform us of the cancellation, total or partial, at least 7 days before your arrival date, no costs will be incurred.
2. Your credit card will only be charged the cost of one night price room, in the event of:
   * Late cancellation total or partial, of a confirmed booking.
   * Don´t arrive in the check in day.
   
3. If you will not arrive the check in day, all Your reservation will be canceled for the followin days.
4. We don´t assume responsabilities for travel incidents.
