This service was begun to avoid some of the problems that our guests have commented to us after taking a taxi from the airport. Later, it was expanded to include excursions around Madrid and its surrounding communities for those who do not have a lot of time or for those looking for a tour of the city that includes special areas or areas closed or unknown to most tourists.
In order to receive this service, you will need to provide us with your flight information (airline, date, and time of arrival) at the time in which you make your reservation at the inn. In this way, you will be assured of receiving this service, because the taxi may not always be available on short notice. This information will be given to the taxi driver and he will be waiting at the airport gate when you arrive with a sign from the hotel with your name on it. Introduce yourself to the driver and he will drive you to the inn. It is that simple.
The price for this service is: T1,T2,T3 35 euros, or: T4, 41 euros. There is no additional fee for luggage, or for additional passengers in the taxi. However, the maximum capacity of the taxi is four people. The taxi will bring you directly from the airport to the inn in approximately 25-35 minutes.
The excursions you may take within Madrid and the surrounding areas are infinite and include Toledo, El Escorial, Segovia, and many other places of historic or cultural interest. When you arrive at the inn, you will be informed of these and other possible excursions you may take using this service.
